Phone Based Support

We have two phone numbers for Learning Support; one designed for learners to call if they are having issues running the courseware. The other is for you as an administrator to call when you are having questions on administrative functions within the site.
Learner Support: 855-576-4899 (866-LRN-GTWY)
Training Administrator Support: 866-879-9481

Email Support

You can email our support team anytime at eNIIT@niit.com. Learners also use the same email address so if you have a specific question related to the Administrator functions, you can put "Training Administrator Question" in the subject line of the email and it will be directed to our Training Administrator Support.
