1 What all kinds of courses are available? We offer e-learning courses in IT desktop areas. We also offer a wide variety of soft skill courses in areas like personal effectiveness, managerial skill development, communication skills and team building among others.
2 How often do the courses get updated? We plan to add newer and newer courses over a period of time.
3 What is the typical duration of a course? The minimum duration of a course is 1 hr.
4 Does the content map to any accepted certification? Not yet.
5 How can I request additional information? You can request additional information using the 'Contact Us' hyperlink on the 'Contact' menu. You can also request information regarding the portal through our Technical Helpdesk. However, any queries regarding the course can be sent to our experts.
6 Where can I view course samples? I can view the sample course using the 'Demo Courses' menu on the login page.
7 How can I order courses? You can order courses by contacting the eNIIT Administrative Support team at admin@eniit.com or calling +91 (11) 4140-7278 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM, IST.) or asking for a meeting through the "Contact Us"' facility. An NIIT sales person shall contact you and based upon your specific need, send you a proposal. You can send your order to eNIIT Sales based upon the proposal.
8 Can I order for courses online? No, you cannot order for the required courses online.
9 How do I allocate courses to learners? Once the payment for the courses is received from the client along with the PO and the Order Execution Form, the Helpdesk would provide an enrolment key to the Training Administrator (on the client side). The Training Administrator can distribute this enrolment key amongst its employees as per the need for their self-registration to the eNIIT site to access the Course/s and monitor utilization. Once the user receives the enrollment key, he/she can register him/herself by clicking the "Enroll" button on www.eniit.com home page. Once this is done, the learner will be asked to create a username and password that can be used to access their training resources any time. The Training Administrator would also be provided with a user id and password for the admin site, using which he can manage users, generate reports, upload customized content, create development paths and create/manage messages for the organization.
10 How do I check a learner's progress? If you are the Training Administrator, you need to logon to the admin site (http://manage.elementk.com) using the user name & password provided by the helpdesk. Once logged in, you can view the learner's progress using the relevant report.
11 Can the learner get a certificate? The learner gets the certificate once he/she completes the course.
12 Would more courses be added? Yes.
13 How often would more courses be added? The course would be added to the catalog as and when required.

2 How do I access the services? You can access the services using the following steps.
For Technical Helpdesk, contact us through mail or phone.
For Ask an Expert, access the course you wish to ask a question about: This can be done via the Search Feature, Course Catalog, or My Training. Click Launch/Resume Course Ask an Expert.
For Discussion Forum, log with your username and password. Use the Home menu and select Message Center from the flyout menu, Select 'Knowledgeshare.'
3 How do I get access to the answers of my questions?
When using the 'Ask an Expert' feature, you are required to include a valid email address with your question. A designated expert will send a reply to your question via email.
4 How do I access question and responses posted by others? You can access question and responses of others through our Discussion Forum.
5 What would be the typical response time? The typical response time is 24 hrs. However, it may vary in case of low bandwidth.
6 Is there a limit of questions I can post? At this moment, there is no limit to the questions that you can post.
